Class of 2017 four-star OT Joshua Lugg is claiming a Penn State offer tonight. He's been on campus multiple times, most recently for the Feb. 28 Junior Day.
EDIT: I caught up with Lugg's father, Eric, to get some more info about the PSU offer and Joshua's recruitment in general. PSU is in good position early, but there's still a long way to go, obviously, since he's only a 2017 prospect. They want to take some more visits this summer, but if anyone has an edge right now I'd give it to Pitt and Wisconsin based on the relationships he's built with the coaches. More at the link below.
