Class of 2017 Rivals250 OT Josh Lugg from Wexford (Pa.) North Allegheny was one of many top prospects on Penn State's campus Saturday for the Lasch Bash barbecue, and he plans to return to PSU later this year. Next, though, he'll visit Notre Dame tomorrow, Tennessee on Saturday and Virginia Tech on Sunday before switching focus to his junior season.
Lugg says PSU, Notre Dame, Tenn, VaTech, Michigan State, Pitt and Wisconsin are the schools that stand out to him right now. He's still open to other offers and isn't into narrowing his list just yet, but it does sound like Notre Dame is currently the team to beat. More at the link below.
