I caught up with Aliquippa safety Kwantel Raines last night to ask about his visit to Penn State this past weekend. The Iowa game was his fourth visit since the spring and his first at PSU for a regular season game.
Overall, he had a lot of good things to say. He's aiming to narrow his list in the offseason (Dec./Jan.) then possibly get serious about the next step come spring. He's in no rush to make a decision, but I do think it's likely that he decides before his senior year.
