Naseir Upshur cut his list to eight. As I've been saying, PSU wasn't a serious competitor, as they didn't make the cut.

He'll announce his decision on Aug. 8.

He's considering Alabama, Arizona State, Florida State, Maryland, Michigan, South Carolina, Temple, USC.
