Virginia Beach (Va.) Cox 2017 defensive end Jordan Williams posted on Twitter that Penn State offered him today.
I literally just talked to him a few days ago and he never even mentioned Penn State, haha. I do have a good relationship with him though, so I'll reach out to learn more tomorrow.
