I decided to catch up with Paramus Catholic freshman QB Allan Walters.
I normally don't bother kids his age, but I think it's important to make it clear to PSU fans that he has a great chance of picking up a PSU offer in the near future. I'm expecting the staff to see him throw this spring. I don't know if an offer will come just then, but even if they do hold off, I think Walters has an excellent chance to pick up an offer during his season. As you'll read, PSU has all but made it clear that it's only a matter of time.
It's also important to note that this young man really likes PSU. He's always reaching out to me, asking if I hear anything about where he stands with PSU and stuff like that. He wouldn't be doing that if PSU was just another school to him.
There's a long way to go here, but Walters has the making of a four-star, top 250 kind of guy, so we'll see what happens.
