Recruiting: Shaka Toney talks PSU

I caught up with Philly DE/LB Shaka Toney last night. Overall, he had great things to say about his Jan. 31 visit and his relationship with the staff. As long as the staff continues to pursue him, I do believe they'll be in his top three, possibly the favorite. We'll see how things progress moving forward.
