Recruiting: TE Matt Dotson a priority for PSU

I was planning to write an update on one of PSU's top visitors this weekend, but as I posted Wednesday evening, Dotson can no longer make the trip.

However, he had a lot of good things to say and seems very interested. He's also good friends with 2017 QB Sean Clifford, so I still decided to post something on him.
