2017 OL Desmond Holmes just informed me that Penn State offered about 10 minutes ago. He camped with the staff earlier this month.
Holmes has made it clear for awhile now that this is an offer he really wanted. PSU could very well be the favorite now. Ill speak with him later this evening when he's free.
