If you guys recall, I mentioned at the end of May that DE/LB Nick Tarburton was looking into enrolling early. At the time, he was still meeting with his advisors and school principals.
I confirmed today that everything with his school has been finalized. The only step remaining is clearance with the NCAA, which shouldn't be an issue. Most of the time, the main issue with early enrollees is with the school, as some don't allow it.
"Yeah, I am," Tarburton said, when asked if he's still set to enroll early next January. "I am getting it finalized right now. We sent it into the NCAA last week."
As long as everything goes as expected, Tarburton will become the fourth Class of 2018 prospect that's set to enroll early, joining LB Jesse Luketa, TE Zack Kuntz and DB Isaiah Humphries.
