Geez your hatred of Geno Morrelli is beyond ridiculous! We just won an amazing team title and you are still bitching about lineup decisions from 2 years ago. Get a life! BTW I think Cael & co know what they are doing so I trust their judgment over yours.

Pathetic, in many ways. For those of you that know Geno (I do, and I'm sure many others do too), he's a wonderful, delightful, smart, engaging young man that was/is committed to the wrestling program. Doesn't deserve this one iota.
True enough ... but knowing Morelli shouldn't be a prerequisite. He did not deserve this regardless.

Neither did Hammond.

Cheap shot.

Zzzzzzzzzzz.....huh? What? Did you say something?

I had a brief encounter with Geno in a CVS in Manhattan 2 years ago. He was getting cases of water for his teammates AFTER having just been eliminated the previous session. High quality kid.

Also deserving our attention, in the 1980 one-game playoff, the Dodgers' Tommy Lasorda should have started the rookie, Fernando Valenzuela, instead of Dave Goltz, against the Houston Astros. Just look at their careers after 1980. It's no contest! :)
