Non-ideological PSA:
Congressional redistricting season is now underway. While I have no illusions that this thread won't devolve into the usual crapfest, for those who are into this sort of stuff, here are a couple of worthwhile links.
First, Larry Sabato (UVA) has an excellent, detailed, 8-part region by region/state by state analysis of potential outcomes, taking into account population, control of the process, and similar factors. https://centerforpolitics.org/crystalball/ (Spoiler alert: he predicts a house map that is ultimately around R+12 favorability in the net relative to current, assuming "moderate" gerrymandering on both sides).
Second, Nate Silver's 538 site has a really nice page for tracking the latest state by state updates/maps. https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/redistricting-2022-maps/ The first drafts of maps are in for CO and OR, each of which are gaining a seat this cycle.
