The Karam news today jogged my memory about Ryan Anderson, by whom I was very impressed at PIAA States this March. Loved his style and attitude. Wide open, great motor and seems to be having a lot of fun out there. Not a lot of info about where he might be going. Any insights?

Hearing so far Rutgers, Iowa State, NC State -- though it's early and he's not in a hurry to choose, so I'd expect the list to grow.
Also hearing he's leaning Rutgers but not sure how serious that is, or merely it was his first visit. When I had heard, he had ISU and NCSU scheduled but hadn't visited or hosted the coaches.
He supposedly wants to be near home, so Dresser might have a hard sell.

Doesn't he have to spend time in another program before he goes to Rutgers?
That seems like a personality mismatch. Someone who's so bubbly that he hugs the ref in the state finals, doesn't exactly scream Jerz Tough Guy Attitude.
True, and Flounder attended the same school as Niedermeyer.
He needs at least a couple seasons in a D1 program before he goes to Rutgers for their regression process.

this is a kid that registered for S32 at a weight and said 'screw it, i'm not cutting'.
moved up 2 weights and still won it.
