Local ice cream joint (Nelson's) in Royersford just closed down. It is right down the road from PJPII. The creamery may put him over the edge on choosing PSU!

...a better drink than Meyer's chocolate milk is their double malt chocolate milkshake ...
...guaranteed to clog your arteries before you reach seven mountains - but what a way to go!... :)

Darn it Androcles, I was busy this weekend Friday, and Saturday working on my kids taxes therefore I fell behind on the forum reading. From earlier posts, after today's awards banquet, my buddy and I stopped at Meyers (blowing off the traditional Creamery stop). At Meyers I got a chocolate peanutbutter shake (on advise of the four young ladies behind the counter) and a chocolate milk. Both were gone before I hit Altoona. I love chocolate malts, I wish I read your post earlier. As to the chocolate milk, Brunton's chocolate milk in Western Pa is better. It clearly shows in the District 7 results at States.

Looks like he is down to Penn State and Arizona State. Decision likely coming after he visits Tempe at the beginning of next week.

That poster doesn't get him into the starting lineup ahead of Berge and/or Joe Lee.

Arizona State's upcoming gaping lineup holes do: 157 in 2020 after Shields graduates, and 165 in 2021 after Valencia.

Depends on his priorities.

If he's basing his decision on ease of making the starting lineup, then I doubt he's choosing Penn State.

Tempe in spring is going to be a hard thing to beat for a young man....

there is "that," though next week is finals for ASU, which I've never thought was a good time for perspective students to visit, as it provides a pretty warped sense of college, and students are not in the normal schedule, or in general looking their best.

I googled "ugly arizona state girls" and this is what it came up with...We're in trouble.

I stopped at Meyer today and got the same. The milk was pretty good and surprisingly thick for 2 percent. The chocolate pb (one of my favorites) shake was fantastic. I'll certainly stop there again.

I also bought a half gallon of chocolate milk. It's weird seeing milk in glass bottles. I'm 42 and I only remember getting milk delivered in cardboard containers from Ritcheys.

This post always made sense about PSU being a landing spot. I don't see where he would have fit in at Penn State - or Iowa or Cornell for that matter. He's probably an upgrade over Glasgow at Rutgers, who has gone from AA lock to disregarded in a year on the banks of the Raritan.

Speaking of Rutgers, our very own Lemonpie is just cruel:

Rutgers:

125: Aguilar (Aragona redshirts)

133: Suriano

141: Lipari

149: Benner/VanBrill (younger)/Firestone

157: Benner/VanBrill (younger)

165: Glasgow (hopefully healthy)

174: Grello

184: Janzer (looking forward to it)

197: Correnti

285: Colucci

as an aside, it looks like Raimo to ASU a Done deal.

Good lord, that’s horrendous
