I, for one, am hoping he is the OSU starter, A QB that runs off tackle is a tough bet to last a whole season. He can throw the ball deep, but let's see him make a full season of reads and throws. Oakman reminds me of Armstead from Oregon. Production on the field doesn't match the size/speed combo. From what I've seen, plays straight up and down. Overpowers the weaker OTs, but not the good ones.
