Question -- I believe PSU is sitting at 81 current scholarships. Will they give 4 scholarships to 4 senior walk-ons? Or is there a use for these potentially in the 2020 class?
I've never been clear on the scholarship numbers and how they apply to EE and prior class.
How many EE can be assigned to a prior class? B1G only allows a max of 28 signees in a class - does that include EE or are they counted against the prior year number?
