Yes, he was a backup but Iowa needed the bonus and Sorenson delivered.
Yes, he did his job, I'll give him that. But I have my opinion of what he can do on a different stage -- I hope he actually does that and makes me eat my critcism. I really want to see him let it fly more against the upper tier.

Young in deep on shot, but Amine able to fight off for stalemate. Ties and dancing the rest of the 1st. 0-0.
Young takes bottom. Quick escape, 1-0. Ties and dancing. Young takes a shot, works his butt off to work up, but Amine secures a stalemate. Ties the rest of the period. 1-0 Young.
Amine takes bottom. Quick reversal, 2-1 Amine. Amine working for bow-and-arrow, can't get it, rides hard. Has Young flat, and Young huffing & puffing. Amine rides out, gets RT point, wins 3-1.

Nader w/ early TD, 2-0. Escape, 2-1. Bowman w/ a nice shot near end of period, but couldn't quite finish. Still 2-1 at end of 1st.
Nader takes bottom. Stall on Bowman for riding/driving Nader OOB on stand-up. Bowman now w/ 2nd Caution on restart. Escape Nader, 3-1. Bowman fights off TD attempt. Last 30 secs of period without action.
Bowman takes bottom. Gibbons notes that Bowman tends to own the 3rd period. Nader sits on ankle, CHA boobirds quite vociferous. Bowman almost exposes back for NF on switch attempt, then almost gets a reversal. Nader fights it off. 30 secs left, Naser warned for stalling after sitting on ankle again. Nader rides out, gets RT point, wins 4-1, boobirds loud.
