What is legal to watch in your home is not so easily shared on state funded computers during the work day. I think most female state employees would find this creates a somewhat hostile work environment for women. She is not using it as an excuse. She is not saying "I committed a crime but I had to because the porn-hiders were after me." Fina cut a deal with the witness who stole over $400,000 from PA charity to set up a sting that targeted democrats for taking less than $20,000 in gifts. Once Fina was out of the OAG office, the witness was off the hook and could not be compelled to testify. Once Fina ran to Williams, he could compel the witness to testify because, you know, he owed him one.

Either way, you are missing the forest for the trees with that. This guy who faced over 400 charges related to stealing over $400,000 was used as a pawn in a political game of "gotcha" to catch some small time politicians accepting gifts. As Kane noted, there is a MAJOR flaw with this case on top of the witness being uncooperative after Fina left and that is a little issue called quid pro quo. The claim is that they accepted the gifts in exchange for voting for the voters rights bill.... which, every freaking democrat was voting for anyway. Basically, he let a man facing 400 charges off scott free to convince some politician to accept some relatively small time gifts, dwarfing the money he stole from CHARITY, and then claimed they took them in exchange for doing something they were CLEARLY going to do already. Just saying that if the Davises got a divorce and still owned the plane they would hire an aircraft appraiser and set its value. It literally happens every single day in the country. You are sadly mistaken to turn this into a partisan political issue. Fina is a Democrat, I think, and I know Seth Williams and McCaffrey are Democrats. It is fine to be a partisan, but it is less than fine to be dumb as a hoe handle.
