IMHO the approach to yesterday’s game was very shorted sighted. With a healthy SC we win at least 4 of our remaining 6 games. You are not letting him properly heal playing him yesterday. That decision let him get banged up pretty good. Based on that plus the previous injury we will be playing with an injured SC, if he makes that far, or a back up the rest of the year. In the remaining 5 games we will be underdogs in 3 and the other 2 will be toss ups. As many indicated before the start of the season the team’s success hinged on SC ‘s health. I do not believe yesterday’s decision to play him was in the best interest of his health or the team’s success the remainder of the season. I do not support playing injured players. I know it happens but I just do not like it. I think the coaches just turned a 8 to 9 win season into a 6 or 7 win season.
