According to The Repository newspaper in Canton, she (Pitt's AD) again talked of trying to build a championship culture at Pitt and called a contract proposal to renew the football series with Penn State after 2019 “very close to being done and being sent to Penn State.” She also gave a glimpse into some possible plans for altering the football environment.

And they are going to wrap the seats at Heinz Field to make it a more "intimate" environment.
