Hard to believe the recruiting job Franklin and staff has done in just 18 months. If you look back at where the rosters was 18 months ago and compare it to now in terms of depth and talent, it's a remarkable turnaround.

If you project out our roster on paper he's pretty much restocked every area of the roster with quality depth. We are now in a position where we really don't have to reach for any recruit just to fill a hole.
Ben Jones tweeted how we have almost twice as many four stars in 15/16 than the prior 4 classes combined and we still have double digit ships left to give out this year.

Can't believe I left out kicker. . I don't follow recruiting closely but damn how did I miss kicker? Seems like it's been forever since there was lots of talk of linebackers.

Personally I'd like another outside linebacker and a road grader type interior offensive lineman. Most of our OL recruits recently have been the lean and mean OT types. A kicker would be nice as well.

Soon the other fan bases will stop mocking our recent history due to Sandusky, as they will have to face the fact that they will finally be facing the real Penn State at its fullest potential! We will be stocked with talent, stocked with young and talented coaches and we will be rocking Beaver Stadium every Saturday like no other fan base can! WE ARE!!!!

From what I've read Pryts is not coming here.

He's a helluva recruiter, and there are more top-notch prospects ready to climb aboard (see the PA Class Of 2017). This is the year CJF should start to win; I believe that PSU can go 10-2 this year, losing only to tO$U and Sparty in the regular season/

Thanks. Don't follow recruiting all that closely. That said, I was hoping they could find a Curt Warner/ KiJana Carter, type runner. I know they are rare birds but it seems like psu has been in a drought for a while for that type of runner. . How do you think these 2 RBs will stack up?

Sanders is as highly rated as Carter and Warner were. Will he be that good ? Who knows? The two freshman are pretty good as well. Actually, if either becomes a star this season it might scare Sanders off (maybe not).

And Lynch still has two years left We should be set for RB for several years.
