North Carolina became the 11th state with a Penn State Alumni Association license plate and I put mine on the car this afternoon. It took awhile for us to get the required signatures, but Penn State plates are now available. This link provides the back story on the plate. http://www.imakenews.com/psaanews/e_article003165050.cfm...

Gaston, I;m guessing the "first in flight" on the plate refers to the 1982 National Championship team that was the first to gain more yards passing than running? ;)

Anyway, nice-looking plate.

Sweet! Just one complaint. It may just be the photo, but your car looks dirty. If you are going to have a Penn State plate, you better keep it washed and waxed! ;)

Focus on the plate, not the car. I'm retired and will wash it when I darn well please:)

"First in Flight" just may have something to do with the Wright Brothers and Kitty Hawk.

Gaston ... seriously? I thought it was obvious that I was joking about the "first in flight" being a reference to Penn State's passing attack in 1982. My apologies to you, Orville, Wilbur, and Kitty.

But I do like your plate.
