I think the first sack was on Hack where he should have thrown the ball away. The second one was a complete whiff by Paris Palmer and the third sack was an inability to pick up a blitz.

At some point this is on the coaches. Either they haven't recruited the right guys, haven't prepared the guys you have (including the QB), aren't calling the right plays, etc.
