Just make every project a little under the limits and all is well. No one will know where any money is being spent. Bad rules made by and for bad people. No sunshine here!

So 38 approvals would have been 19 under the proposed rules. It must have been hell for them to make an average of 6.33 approvals per meeting. Apparently some people on the BoT didn't accept the position with the expectation they'd have to make decisions. Free trips to State College and a seat in a suite must be what they really wanted.
