These are the people (Baldwin/Fina/Eshbach) that should be spending some time in jail with Lou Anna Simon and Ed Ray.
Figured rather than starting a new thread I'd put this here:

FWIW: I believe that as a matter of procedure, that recommendation goes to the PA Supreme Court for validation (or not).
I can't say that for 100% certainty, but I think that is the case (and I may not be using the precise legal terms)
If that is indeed the case, these are the folks who will pass judgement (take it for what its worth):

IIRC, Saylor (the Chief Justice of the PSC) was the guy who sent Feudale packing (the guy involved in the Grand Juries way back when - and a buddy of Frank Fina). If that is right (and someone can correct if wrong) that is not good news for Frank Fina.
If you copy some of his text (except his first word or sentence) and do a search in google, you should be able to easily identify where he got it.
I guess we should expect news on the Shapiro appeal very soon. The Commonwealth's 90 day window to retry Spanier is Monday.
Thanks @didier . I guess that means it could be later today or at some point next yearMaybe...I’m not certain. The Commonwealth has the option to try for a new trial or appeal the ruling. They chose the latter and are supposed to present oral arguments so I’m not sure the 90 window applies anymore since they signaled their intent.
Thanks @didier . I guess that means it could be later today or at some point next year
Justice delayed ...You may well be right and some kind of deadline is coming up next week...but yeah I think this will get dragged out for a while unfortunately.
