Spanier played the washboard with a band at arts fest

Didn't know Spanier had cancer. And don't know why Curley is spending any time in jail with his lung cancer. I had thought it would be totally at home. They're treating him (and Schultz) like they're hardened dangerous criminals.

The jail time sentencing was at Judge Boccabella's full discretion for Tim Curley and Gary Schultz. A legally unnecessary decision and heartless judgment call given the documentation submitted via court records regarding the personal situations of both.

What a joke. Shultz's son in law owns Scott's Landscaping. That's hardly a punishment. Yet people on here think they are getting screwed by the state.

Are you usually this over dramatic? Treating them like harden criminals? Do harden criminals get to leave county jail from 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday to work for a charity or help with their kids business?

He help covers up child rape and his punishment is to do some accounting for the family business....
Quite a cover up indeed. If not for the dogged and tireless efforts of those in the corrupt OAG, the media, and the 412 (like you), these horrible, manufactured misdemeanors would have gone unpunished.

They didn't even commit misdemeanors.

The trolls in the 412 should take comfort knowing that their children are no safer as a result of the false narrative they so desperately hold onto.

The actual FACTS of the matter are that the corrupt OAG brought 24 Felony Charges against Cutley, Schultz and Spanier in regards to some supposed criminal Failure to Report and an alleged criminal conspiracy to "cover-up" the incident and criminal FTR (an allegation that The Defense proved beyond absurd and ridiculous "on its face" given the fact that a "Report" was made to PA "CPS" authorities as defined by PA CPS Law - the PA law the FTR charges were brought under). The corrupt OAG went 0-for-24 in regards to their claims of a criminal conspiracy "cover-up" or even a crime to cover-up, but this clueless, slandering liar isn"t a troll don't you know? He's making up completely false slanderous lies out of his undying love for PSU don't you know?

Then you have this from the article regarding Spanier winning both his Appeal Request and "Stay Request" to the higher Superior Court:

In his initial motion to have the trial verdict overturned, Spanier's attorney, Sam Silver, argued that the charge of child endangerment was barred by the statute of limitations and that prosecutors provided no evidence that he had a legally-defined duty of care for children abused by Sandusky. He also contended that Boccabella erred in reinstating a conspiracy charge that was dismissed by Pennsylvania Superior Court and that Boccabella gave incomplete instructions to the jury.

Again, but they're not trolls don't you know?

Hardened criminals in that they're both guilty of only one misdemeanor, child endangerment
That statement can be applied to a couple of different levels.
Amen to that.
