Good luck to the kid, see him in 18-19. Suriano will be defending champ. 
As long as he's not rushed onto the mat this year, he will return in two years to challenge the national champion, Nick Suriano of Penn State.
Those are going to be some EPIC battles with Suriano/Fix/Lee if they all stay 125...IMO I see Nick staying 125 all 4 yrs..Fix may go up with Picc at 125
A young athlete likely gets an ACL graft of his own tissue. Personal grafts tend to be stronger than a graft from a donor, so it is good option for competitive athletes. But, they can be more painful than this already painful recovery process and the healing and rehab can be a bit longer.
