Steelers-Broncos (ot)

Good thing Denver's receivers can't catch or this one would be completely different right now.

There has to be someone on the roster who is more comfortable fielding the punts than Wheaton.

Damn. A professional punter should be able to put the ball out inside the 10.

Imagine that .....the Michigan Man spit out the bit when it mattered most........

Just one reason why football is not that fun to watch. Guys like Brady and Manning have to "analyze" the defense and take forever to run the play. People talk about baseball being slow? Football has it's own dull moments holding back.

Well, I wanted the Steelers to win but to me the loss is no big deal. I had no financial stake in the game so my life will not change. Sadly, my brother-in-law will go into a month of mourning.

Too bad the Steelers couldn't find a way to win; with Brown and Williams back, they may have had a chance to go all the way. I think the Broncos, on the other hand, are going to get slaughtered vs. New England. They looked very average both times the Steelers played them.

Um, Broncos already beat the Patriots this year. I'm sure you knew that, though.

I don't like the Stillers or the Broncos, But I can't stand listening to Phil Simms.

Yes, Brocos won in overtime with the Pats not having Edelman, Amendola, Hightower, Jamie Collins and Gronk went down late. It's a week to week league so I know that 1+1 does not equal 2, but a fully healthy Pats offense certainly helps the Pats chances.

Flip side, New England has had a horrible track record of going into Denver and getting the win.

Should be fun!
