Beginning at about 2:50 of this Youtube Video, Stormy's lawyer is interviewed and mentions 3 potential bank fraud charges. 1. When Cohen opened account, he didn't tell bank the purpose of account was to pay off Stormy. 2. Also, when he applied for Home Equity loan he lied about purpose of loan, 3. Then as a matter of routine, Stormy's lawyer believes that after the money was wired, the bank would do an internal audit and ask Cohen what the $130,000 wire was for and that Cohen lied about that.
All Mickey Mouse lies that wouldn't affect Cohen's ability to repay the loan. If Mueller breached the attorney client privilege on the basis of this, it is a total disgrace. Would add that when I was younger, about 20 years ago, I had relatives who took out a loan for a house and lied and said they would live in it rather than their child who actually lived in it. (I had nothing to do with it). I am sure, when people can repay loans, it is not unusual to sometimes deceive the bank over the purpose of the loans. For any potential vindictive Libs who would respond, I would add that the parents who got the loan are dead and the loan was repaid.
