What’s up with the student tickets? My coworker said his kid reserved his student ticket immediately. They took his money but no ticket has ever arrived. I’ve heard this from nearly everyone who has a student. What’s the deal???

Tickets aren't arriving in their accounts until a certain date (not sure what date that is off hand). Regardless communication from the AD has been really bad. His kid should call 1-800-Nittany.
