From the offense they will lose Jones, Zeke, Miller, Thomas (an assumption; not sure he has declared but he is projected to be a 1st round pick). Vannett, Decker and Farris (their two OT's). On defense they lose Bosa, Washington, Schutt, Lee and Perry. No word yet on Apple and Bell though I believe at least Apple is considering declaring.
I know Urban has recruited incredibly well but that group they are losing is about as high end talent as I can recall in the Big 10 in a long time. I'm sure they will be very good in 2016, may even win the conference, but very doubtful they can replace guys like Zeke, Decker, Miller, Thomas, Bosa and Lee without a significant drop off.
