Correct. Jackson won on the winners side but Brooks flipped the script on the backside. Head to head for seeding is based on most recent (advantage Brooks). It was to be the only interesting match of the entire lame dual and Brands went "seed protect" over what is good for the sport. Ryan does it the most imo, but other than Cael and John Smith everyone else seems to do it some.

Next year if Teske starts at 125 for PSU, we both could have the same amount of starting wrestlers from the state of Iowa (Wilcke and Teske). If Nolf and Cenzo are the only Pennsylvania starters for PSU next year then Iowa could have more starters with Lee, Murin, Kemerer and even Young.

B.C. (before Cael) I always felt the PA kids leaving was holding PSU wrestling back. Its evident now, that because PSU can recruit nationally, it doesnt hurt as bad.
What I think is good though about the PA boys getting out of PA for college is that they do come home after college, as coaches, volunteers, fathers, teachers. Going out and getting experiences from other coaches and bring that back is good for PA youth, JH and HS wrestling I think. Keeps things fresh and moving forward.
There are 10 other D1 schools in PA, aside from PSU. Personally would like to see the kids hang around, though I do understand all the dynamics of the decision to wrestle at certain schools.
I reserve wishing that on a very select few people. However, IF he was, and IF he had no offspring, at least the gene pool would be a little deeper.
That being said, it's because of people like this that make me question Darwinism. Wouldn't you think, after 6 million years, that would have been weeded out already?

About 100% or close to it of humans have to grow out of young and stupid. Throw in alcohol and lots of stupid things are done by otherwise intelligent beings. Of course, some never grow up. I can think of a couple of prominent examples recently in PDII and that Ball guy who just left for Lithuania.

Per HR he cannot join the team until the Spring (is it ever coming) Semester starts, Jan 14 or 16, seems to be differing dates. So cannot compete up until tOSU on Jan 21st.
Well if this info is accurate, it could also explain why we haven’t seen a certain rumored 125lber added to our roster. Of course it could be because it’s a bunch of hooey. Time will tell.

To their credit its 4 degrees out there and they did get >8k into the place.
