That is my point and it is why people are disgusted with the inactions of the men involved. Sandusky was showering with a boy at a time when no one was around. No wonder I don't understand half the threads on this forum; I have the jerks you've listed on "ignore." I can't say that I really miss them.
Well, any bombshell I may have would have, would have been turned over to the OAG, at least, oh, 4 1/2 years ago. I can't speak from anyone else on the list.
That said, I do expect some bombshell to be exploded in the midst of the defense argument. I expect it will be more I know or have deduced.

That is a disgusting remark. The courts should be blind to everything except the law and the evidence. You are at the core of the problem. This is not a sport. This is a situation where the courts are there to uphold the constitution and the laws without bias. The only way the victims and the people of the state of PA win is if the courts act and follow the constitution.
It is people like you who are tearing this country down. Everyone has rights especially the accused. Otherwise move to a dictatorship where one guy decides which laws should be enforced and how they are enforced everyday as he feels on any particular day. The laws are their for all of our protection and not there to intimidate people at the whim of those in power. They are not there to hold people back from testifying as is obvious in this case. 5.25 years to go to trial or 5.25 years to keep CSS quiet? Its the later. The OAG should be brought up on charges for abuse of power and violation of the individual rights of the people.
The OAG is not supposed to be there to intimate people to testify in a way that they want instead of what actually happened. PSU's attorneys rolled over and let MM win. Now MM has to make sure that what he says on the stand does not conflict with his jury verdict. Was that a $12MM payoff in public before our eyes? I would guess so. MM should be put to the test and crossed as stringently as possible. Is he going to plead the 5th? Maybe if the defense attorneys go deep enough. MM may be faced with either telling the truth regarding coercion or perjury. The OAG holds both sides to that equation. That needs to see the light of day.
The only way you and the move on crowd get out of this with someone not going to jail is the twist the judicial process into a pretzel which is contrary to everyone's rights.
The Feds may have to sort this out if they are not included in the PA power elite. I hope the Feds have someone sitting in the gallery to watch what is going on during the trial.
