Really? Not according to the article I just posted...not only does the accuser give a clear timetable, but they claim they went to the hospital afterwards and had a "rape kit" test administered....
The victim refused to speak with police, not sure how this affects the case? Someone more schooled have the answer to this? Also, Conley has 2 witnesses who claim it never happened. The kit has not been completed yet...

Correct. I edited my post, the link I had didn't have the time table, the link you have, did indeed have it. April 9th the date of the alleged rape. The accuser refused to speak with police, also, according to that article.
results of rape kit should be interesting. Sounds like the friends said nothing happened, so there should be no bodily fluids from the OSU player present....However, if there is semen found, guy could be in a world of hurt...

Yes, but the article also points out that the Police attempted to access here at the hospital while the "rape kit" was being administered - the place, and time, that is utterly inappropriate as an DA will confirm as the victim is feeling the most psychologically vulnerable at that time! Why didn't you mention that part of the article?
I don't know...the one article I just read said that the victim was asked if she wanted to be a part of a foursome....she said no but she wanted to watch the others have sex...then he starts unbuttoning her shirt and he does her. It just sounds sketch.
So she will have evidence if she had sex with Conley, but then it becomes the consensual/not consensual argument. She is either looking for a big payday (reason for not going to the police) or just not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Yes, but what do you make of him saying he didn't rape her and referring police to his two friends in the hotel room to confirm that he didn't have sex with her or rape her in the room (which both witnesses in the room did tell police). He has now set himself up for conviction by denying her claims and attempting to use the two other people in the room to confirm that he didn't have sex with her if the "rape kit" administered at the hospital comes back positive with his DNA! Why is he potentially lying, and having his friends lie, about him having sex with her if it was consensual and he didn't rape her (i.e., force her against her wishes and will to have sex in the bathroom)???
C'mon, you've never asked a random gal to have a foursome after meeting in a serendipitous elevator ride at 3am?

lets see what the rape kit says. If its his DNA, those statements will be pretty much tossed. Then, clearly they had sex, but who knows if it was consensual.
I am aware of a guy in the NBA that had sex with a woman using a condom. he tossed it in the trash and went to the bathroom. Upon returning, she was trying to impregnate herself with a baster. True story. She was trying to get the "18 years". Are women raped by athletes? of course. I just don't know what to believe anymore. We've had several players accused, only to be exonerated too. Wasn't Paxon one? Auston Scott as well?
So why is he denying he had sex with her and sent police to interview his 2 friends in the hotel room with them to confirm that he didn't have sex with her then??? Why are he and his two friends providing a conflicting report to police that he didn't have sex with her if he actually did, but it was supposedly "consensual"???
Not yet and never said it did, but we know for sure she went to the hospital to have rape-kit administered.....and people are being critical of her for not wanting to talk to police while at the hospital being put thru the humiliation of a rape-kit??? The Police are way out of line attempting to question her while she is being put through that process at the hospital which is why the hospital administrators respected her wishes and denied the police access to her at the hospital. From the sounds of it, the police were pretty unreasonable in wanting to access her while being put through the rape-kit procedure at the hospital which is why she subsequently wanted nothing to do with them.
One or more of them isn't too bright ... either they did have sex and Conley isn't aware sperm is evidence and his friends lied to police or they didn't have sex and she was stupid enough to be tested knowing nothing would show up. The results will obviously prove someone as a liar.

hmm...not the way I see it. If you are claiming a rape and getting tested for rape at the hospital, wouldn't you WANT to talk to the cops? I mean, who is going to press charges if that doesn't start with the cops?

Wrong! Victims having their vagina probed and going through the humiliation of a "rape-kit" really aren't that interested in speaking with Police at that moment! Nor are Police supposed to be this CALLOUS and disregard common courtesy and decency in regards to a more appropriate time to speak! (like after she gets out of the hospital, has changed back into her street clothes and is at least feeling a little less vulnerable and humiliated!). Her not wanting to speak with Police is probably resulting from the PD's behavior in demanding to see her while going through the "rape-kit" processing which is quite INAPPROPRIATE and very disrespectful of her fragile psychological condition under those circumstances!

I also thought Austin Scott never denied (or had friends deny) that they ever had sex.....as I remember it, Austin Scott said there was nothing to the accusation because it was "consensual" - and maintained this same story through to the conclusion?
By-the-by, wouldn't a woman saying that she didn't want to have sex, but would go to the bathroom to watch, be an indication that she said no to his first request for sex - not evidence that she said "yes"? Wouldn't the second "no" in the bathroom be consistent with the first "no", not contradictory to her story?
Yes, expecting a woman to "want to be questioned" by cops while she is at the hospital being processed for a "rape-kit"....being stripped down and having her private parts inspected.....is oh-so reasonable. LMFAO at the absurdity of you being the judge and jury of not only your own claims, but mine as well - priceless!
well, wouldn't you assume talking to the police is part of going to the hospital and requesting a rape kit? I mean, if I stand on a street corner and yell "I've been robbed" and then cower when the police come kind of counter productive?
