I also thought Austin Scott never denied
IIRC, you are correct. I believe Scott was also suing PSU, and a few others. Joe??
During his litigation period, Scott worked for the bridge construction company my son manages in north east PA.

well, wouldn't you assume talking to the police is part of going to the hospital and requesting a rape kit? I mean, if I stand on a street corner and yell "I've been robbed" and then cower when the police come kind of counter productive?
What are the odds that anyone under 50 doesn't have a tatoo?
The story said she refused to talk to police at the hospital, period. No mention that it was during an examination.Ummmm, no! I wouldn't. For all I know, she took a taxi to the hospital E-Room and asked the hospital to call 911 and report the rape for her (most individuals would feel a certain measure of safety in the hospital, as well as the hospital's bed-side manner and respect for their privacy, during a humiliating experience like the processing of a medical, forensic rape-kit exam.). How on earth you think it would be "comforting" and "something you would want" - i.e., to be being grilled about the rape while going through such a examination and procedure - is a little bizarre imho.

I don't know...the one article I just read said that the victim was asked if she wanted to be a part of a foursome....she said no but she wanted to watch the others have sex...then he starts unbuttoning her shirt and he does her. It just sounds sketch.
C'mon, you've never asked a random gal to have a foursome after meeting in a serendipitous elevator ride at 3am?
Very weird sounding situation. She wanted to just watch?
Wouldn't that have created an awkward imbalance for Conley in the 4some?
She was at the hospital for a "rape-kit" examination and report genius....it says that in the article too! LMFAO. When the hospital consults with an admitted patient and tells the Police she does not want to speak at the current time (i.e., while she's at the hospital), you don't need to be a genius to figure out that Police were trying to speak with her while she was an admitted patient having a "rape-kit" examination done.
Note to myself. Never try to reason with a fence post. She was at the hospital for a "rape-kit" examination and report genius....it says that in the article too! LMFAO.
