Alabama AD whining about strength of schedule. Their losses were all in conference games. Maybe they should add another conference game so they play the same amount of conference games as the big ten

they should be talking about "strength" of loses. Loses in conference to unranked teams, not to higher ranked, top ranked teams, but bottom of the division, unranked teams.

They should be talking about both...SMU lost to the only two decent teams they played all year...we better make that all 3

Bama complain all they want. They only played 8 conference games and went 5-3. They lost two of them as double digit favorites to bad teams. Their out of conference schedule was Mercer, W Kentucky, South Florida and the 15th place big ten school. They shouldn’t have even been in conversation.

If you remove the results of the game with Alabama - which you should if you are assessing the quality of an opponent for someone who played them - both Oklahoma and Vanderbilt were 5-6. Basically, Alabama lost to two teams with losing records.
