Was there. One of the more devastating losses I can remember.
My brother kicked a dent in his truck in the parking lot after that game.

This game was painful. I ran my mouth for a week with a kid who was a big Alabama fan about how Penn State was going to put a beating on them. He verbally assaulted me about that game for the rest of high school.
Me too. I said at the time it was a mistake to kick, it was too close. Should have let Blair run it. He would have scored.
I sat in the end zone where the kick was blocked. A stunning end to that game.

Was there as well, and the quiet of the stadium is what most sticks with me about that game 30 years later.
