No matter how good Temple, or SDSU, or fill in the blank ends up being, they will never be respected like a mediocre/bad team from a power five conference. And, when you aren't prepared, and the other team is, you get your a$$ handed to you. If you are able to win, even convincingly, its only a game against a non-power five team. This isn't taking anything away from Temple, they have completely outclassed Penn State today on both sides of the ball. Its just that we had nothing to win, and now will be the laughing stock of PA for losing.
