but we need continued improvement to reach the top. Hence most fans feel their "inner coach" boiling over, and some want to make suggestions on how to improve the team. ( Guilty as charged!)
Hence for the most part I enjoy reading "fan" suggestions posted on here, interspersed with actual coaching perspective, in the off-hand chance that our team coaches might peruse in here for some fresh ideas. ( That was a joke, fellas.)
The board is a fun way to participate and throw out ideas. It's a fun way to bounce our impressions/perspective off others. Its not a fun way to berate players or lobby for coaching change.
We have plenty of talent, and plenty of fans each with our own favorites...some getting PT, and some waiting their turns. And as long as we dont take things too seriously - or worse, too personal- we ought to be ok.
