Thoughts on BIG East/SEC West

It's almost like these divisions are forged by fire, and the weaker sibling is just a formality.. The BIG East is even more unbalanced than the SEC WEST..

it almost makes sense to re-align now. keep tOSU/PSU in East and jettison UM/MSU to the west to even things up. Thoughts?-sg
