I live on a hilltop so if I'm flooded it'll need to be a biblical type of storm. It's hard for me to imagine the stress of worrying about my house being swamped. I have to hand it to that guy for doing whatever he could. For all he knew the barrier was just a worthless gimmick. The company should hire him to make some commercials for them. His insurance company should also do something for him since he saved them loads of money.
