A heads up that yet another All-Star week kicks off today – this the U.S. Army All-America Bowl based out of San Antonio, Tex. The first practice got underway a little over an hour ago down there. The game kicks off Saturday at noon from the Alamodome live on NBC.

OL Connor McGovern (Lehman, Pa.) is the only Penn State commit participating. In fact, he's the only prospect from Pennsylvania listed on the roster.

Penn State targets DB Jordan Fuller (Old Tappan, N.J.) and LB Brendan Ferns (St. Clairsville, Ohio) join McGovern on Team East. Not sure what his exact time was, but Ferns just ran the third-fastest 40-yard dash among the LBs.

Rivals.com has a team of reporters on-site and they're offering live updates throughout practice. You can read those AT THIS LINK. No interviews yet with prospects, but those will likely come later today or tomorrow.
