Urban Meyer went down on one knee on the the sideline with a "headache."

All the discussions about football and the other stuff that went on surrounding the Zack Smith employment at OSU aside.....Urban Meyer is a husband, a father and a grandfather. I hope he does what is best for his health and his family. Whatever that may be. I don't think anyone here wants to see one of our players or coaches or any opponents suffer health issues.

The solid citizens that steered the PSU BOT in 2011, knew JVP was ill and that he planned to retire. They fired him anyway.
Perhaps there was more empathy surrounding recent decisions at OSU. I know we are populated by cynics......just saying there may be a connection between the speculation and some of the leaks regarding discussions of a coach in waiting arrangement.

He will retire at the end of the year. He has all the money in the world, and questionable health. He’ll stroke out at some point if he continues.
Gone. He has nothing to prove. Nothing to gain.

Doesn't tOSU have a responsibility here? If you have an employee with a known serious medical condition and the condition is known to be exacerbated by stress aren't they obligated (at least morally) to do something to help him?

WIN.
