Where else would you put them?

Clemson dropped because they are vastly questionable at QB with an exodus in the off season, the Bryant fiasco which magnified Saturday, and the overall poor look the ACC has going forward.

OU went to OT with Army. Big 12 defenses get no respect. Polls have forced Texas back in to give the Red River Political correctness game some juice, but somebody has to be ranked.

Jumping UGA is questionable, but Herby has to pimp his Bucks when the window permits.
