Verk or Berge at 149?

Who do you think wins the wrestle-off? Have not heard much about Berge this past year but seems to have plenty of potential

Can't remember which board/thread I posted it on, but Verk wrestling 143 pounds this summer with same day weighins makes me think he's going 141. Why would he go 6 pounds under his college weight instead of trying to bulk up?

Interesting. Verk otherwise appears the odd man out at 149. The guy who I think needs a redshirt the most iof allus Nick Lee - one year to bulk up. If Verk could go 141 I think that would be great. With his frame I would have thought it a pretty tough cut but if he really is at 143 here's nearly there already. I hope this rumor is true.

From a lineup perspective, Verk making (and holding) 141 for 2 years would be a very pleasant & unforeseen surprise IMO and who knows maybe by 2020 everyone bumps up once Cenzo graduates

If Nick Lee ever ends up being a 157 pound Penn State starter I will be the perfect picture to take to show what "shocked" looks like.

If Verk can make 141 this year I think that would be great. PSU gets a high quality 141 pounder and Nick gets a redshirt. However, in 2019-20 i think Nick is 141 and Verk is 149.
