Washington is simply awful when they have to come east to play.

Traveling is exhausting. Period.
How tiring is it? These teams fly charter and clear tsa at the practice facility, the buses try up to the plane they are off. It not like they have to get to the airport 2 hours before hand and deal with security etc. These are young athletes not out of shape middle aged business men. Travel is so over rated.

College football already has a sizable home field advantage, and the constant travel across time zones makes it worse for the away team. For the sake of the student athletes, the B1G needs a larger west coast pod. Stanford and Cal (at the same reduced revenue they get now in the acc) should be in the B1G to make 6 out there. Those schools could play each other in a B1G western pod, schedule MWC and new PAC teams out of conference , and only come east a few times per season. That makes it reasonable.
There has to be a way to minimize the time zone impact on schedules. For example, if the BIG needed an 8 pm Pacific time game yesterday, then that game needs to involve two Pacific coast teams. In addition, a PAC 12 team should never have to play a noon ET game. These schedules impact player safety, betting, conference standings, and the competition of the game itself.

This conference, and this sport, desperately needs some governance.

It cannot be that difficult to ensure all cossscountry conference games with the former PAC schools happen between 3:30 pm EST and 7:30 pm EST to ensure minimal impact on all parties. Let the west schools play each other at 8pm pst/11pm est. They could also play their ooc west coast rivalry games at 8pm pst/11pm est to fulfill any tv contract requirements.

I believe what I'm saying because it's true--you can't answer it because you know you're wrong
UCLA lost at Penn State then beat Rutgers. They're 1-4 in conference with the only win traveling across the country (by the way 0-5 was wrong)
Washington lost at Indiana, Iowa and Rutgers. They should have beat Iowa and Rutgers but couldn't finish drives--just like when they lost at home to Wazzu
USC is mirroring what they did last year
What do you think I'm "repeating" that isn't accurate. It's a small sample size involving bad teams
Oregon went to Purdue and won. When they leave Michigan and Wisconsin with wins I'll guess that will prove you wrong
It's always about talent and coaching--not travel.
Yeah and others believe what they are saying is true also - and it is an opinion so repeating your opinion over and over means nothing - if anything most experts which you are a million miles from being one say travel DOES effect teams so maybe you should rest your one functioning brain cell for a while.

When your data supports that let me know
Oregon has two games coming up against teams they should beat--we'll see how much travel hurts a good team

Ha ha - your are the king of arguing with zero facts to back you up.
