Wells Fargo - seating section help ....

I have to do an over-night business trip to Philly Thursday nite. Flyers play Sabres..... Was wondering if there is a restaurant/bar inside the Wells Fargo Center that over-hangs or looks out onto the ice. And if so, what section ticket would I need to purchase to hand there?
