My wife and finished up the Soprano's last month on HBO go. Now staying in place, we just finished Ozarks on Netflix, which I highly recommend, and prior to that, Hunters on Amazon (another good one).

We tried one of those Game of Thrones / Vikings rip offs..... that didn't work, then there was this show set in England about some somewhat attractive gal and her misadventures. That didn't work either. So much so, I don't even know the name. It was on Amazon.

We have at least 8 more days..........
National Geographic show “Drain the Ocean.” I love history and really appreciate the research into battles, storylines, and the background and insights!

ER. I never watched it when I was young, and have long regretted not becoming a doctor/surgeon like my grandfather and great grandfather, and as I wanted to be as a child. As I watch it, I constantly have two emotions: (1) this is what I was meant to do; and (2) I could never do this.

METV. Svengoolie freaks me out but love the Westerns and The Andy Griffith Show. And sergeant Schultz has to be one of the funniest characters ever in an American sitcom. Adam 12. I even caught my first episode of "Land of the giants" in 47 years. Oh and "Time Tunnel" is one of my favorites.

Other than the commercials, I could live with that channel alone. And H&I.

Old Indiana and Illinois High School basketball State Final 4's, mostly 70's and early 80's. Also, lots of NCAA tournament games of those decades too. This was my time growing up and as I lived where I could follow both states HS hoops-wise, I recall some of the games and players.

I've caught young versions of rising stars, Mark Aguirre, Isiah Thomas, Scott Skiles, Junior Bridgeman, Ben Wilson among others. Also appearing in some of this hoops action who would go onto star in other sports include, Kenny Lofton (AZ, Indians, many others), Stacey Toran (ND, Raiders), Tim Stoddard (NC State, Orioles, Cubs), Mark Hermann (Purdue, Colts).
Also saw a young Dan Dakich in HS, LOL!!

I'm watching Jon Favreau's Chef show on Neftlix. And working my way through Arrested Development (only on season 2). Enjoying both so far.

That is standard weekend fare... Gotta admit, it sucks you in.

Didn't see it mentioned so I will recommend Money Heist on Netflix. Spanish show dubbed in English. Good Fun. Reminds me a little of the movie The Italian Job.

Mrs delcoLion is doing the binge watching. 90 Day fiancee, Homeland, various Netflix, PBS, and others.

I'm trying to teach myself some basic woodworking and also re-learning Algebra. I keep reading that old codgers like me should do these things to keep our memory sharp. I doubt it will help too much but I've always been embarrassed by my math skills so I'm trying to improve. (2 brothers were ace math students, one has a masters and the other was advised to pursue a graduate track but stayed with mech engineering.)
Re-learning Algebra? You'll get too bored with it. If I were you I'd try to pick up Calculus.

I’ve tried to watch it, but I’m struggling to get into it. Im only halfway through Ep. 2. Is it really worth keeping with it?
I gave up same time you did ... one of several issues was the color of the subtitles made them not legible (not sure if I could change that)

Reruns and more reruns. Criminal Minds, Bluebloods, Gunsmoke, Walker, Texas Ranger, The Last Alaskans and Mountain Men.

I was wondering about that. As a former frequent visitor to Avon, NC, it caught my interest. I did catch the preview. 3 types of people on the Outer Banks......
Have just started watching Outer Banks, which is a bit cheesy, but I’m giving it a shot based on recommendations from others. The one disappointing thing is that it’s very apparent none of the filming was actually done on the OBX (owned property there for 20 years, until quite recently, so know the area well). Appears to look more like the South Carolina or Georgia coast.

My wife, the love of my life. ;)

I just started season two of 'Bosch' and it's not bad once you get past all of the 'character development' flashback stuff that season one was packed with. The story lines seem to get cleaner in season two, now that we know of all the bad childhood stuff Bosch had to endure. Now comes the war experiences...

All in all, not a bad series thus far. The story lines are gruesome enough, and it could use much more female nudity, in my opinion. Other than that, I'll most likely finish the series.

Comedy
Schitt's Creek
The Good Place

Sci Fi
West World
The Expanse
Picard- A sentimental show if you liked TNG
Star Trek Discovery- Enjoyed it until the finale of seaon 1. The moral superiority was sickening. I couldnt watch it anymore. Dropped CBS All Access.

If you like Britsh Cop Shows
Shetland
Foyles War
MidSommer Murders

Kim’s Convenience

Great comedy about a Korean family corner store. Filmed in Toronto with great shots of the city. It’s a very funny comedy; best I’ve seen in years, with great writers.
