There seems to be a desire by some to have Franklin be something that he has never been. He has always presented himself as an optimist who is loyal to all aspects of the program. To expect anything different is foolish. He won't talk negatively.
I want a coach who leads this team on and off the field, delivers wins and positively represents PSU. I feel he has done that to date.
As for this team, they play hard and are 4-1. It has been far from good but considering the injuries and the youth, I'll take it and let the rest of the year play out.
