So I learned that Penn State HC James Franklin found about the Pry news a few days before it was made public, so he's had time to prepare and has been vetting candidates nonstop.
-- One of the top candidates right now is South Jersey native and Penn State alum Elijah Robinson, however there is one thing standing in the way here and that is the open Temple job, which Robinson is also being heavily considered for. Whether some want to agree with this or not, Temple is known as one of the best G5 jobs in college football because it is such a good stepping stone to propel coaches to the Power Five level.
--- Now with that being said Robinson would be one hell of a hire as he is known as one of the best recruiters in the country and his a pretty darn good defensive line coach, as he's developed multiple all-conference defensive linemen at each of his stops so far.
